Star bright beige gold. Green apple and citrus rind on the abundant nose. Confirmed with a bit of white pepper and stone on the medium palate. Chock full o' tannin-esque minerals that stand firm through the finish even as the wine warms. In other words, a Classic volcanic white that's a perfect match for seafood and Mediterranean fare.
