1998 vintage. Considered a right bank vintage (like 1964), this Cabernet Sauvignon dominated (75%) wine comes as a great surprise. Robert Parker wrote in 2000 that "the tannin might never fully dissipate", but then it did. Classic Bordeaux with more charm in the mouth than in the rustic nose. Still tastes amazingly young with still good fruit and freshness and ... dissipated tannin. Not very long but a delight to drink and terrific value at around 21 euro. — a month ago
Earthy and spicy, in personality ~ a bit like two narratives happening at once, like a film, where they eventually convene to surprise the viewers…… romantic and complex, full of quiet talk — 23 days ago
Dr @Brendan Devine found a tasty tween in Rhinebeck! Really nice dark fruits and earth. — 17 days ago
Un peu moins apprécié cette bouteille, fruits rouge cuit, c’était lourd, légère amertume. Pas à ce que je suis habitué avec Cambon. — a month ago
2016 vintage on June 4, 2022. Medium ruby body. Leather, pencil lead, tobacco, dark berries. Silky body with a bit of tannin at the end. Medium length finish. — 21 days ago
Glorious Chenin blanc. Still very young tasting. Lovely nose of sweet apple, lanolin, homeysuckle and nettle. On the palate: fantastic acidity, good density: sweet apple, lemon oil, and crushed limestone. Very nice finish. Still showing rather young, but very good. — 3 days ago

Aromas of black currant, crushed stone and baking spices. Highly concentrated black/blue fruit flavors with a touch of tar, vanilla and tobacco. Medium plus body and gripping tannins. Nice balance. Still tastes young and fresh. This one can age for quite a while. — 18 days ago
