Eminently quaffable #costieresdenimes ; brier black/purple berries, cassis, soft spicy aromas, plush on palate with succulent acidity underlayment, dark cocoa and coffee notes mid-palate through finish, tannins that build deceptively with each sip. Light, fruity, and fragrant. Perfect with chicken braised in white wine with garlic and rosemary. Sweet cherryish fruit, floral notes, and a little warm gravel. Vivid high-toned cherry fruit in the mouth with loads of rock dust. Light on its feet and very soft. Good acidity. Great summer meal wine. Non-vintage. — 3 years ago
