Gorgeous. Not as familiar with the reds but they are just as elegant and compelling as the whites. — 10 months ago
Not as aromatic as the 2020 Breze — 10 days ago
Figs and ripe sweet fruit on the nose, with hints of smoked meat, like jerky, and deep rose and candied hibiscus nestled deep. Medium bodied, with quick, nice legs, with a floral palate, smooth and lithe, with silky acidity just starting to soften, vegetal notes, prominent florals more than defineable red fruit, and silky tannins that lead to a dry, lingering but still floral and fresh finish. Maybe even a hit of menthol showing at the end. — a year ago

I know a thing or two about Loire cab franc. This is a crazy wine. Light body. Complex. Faintest pyrazines, but totally integrated, so they only appear on the mid pallet and are disappear at the finish. bright, restrained red fruit. drying tannins on the back end. Almost alpine, underripe blackberries and cracked pepper. Drinks like a feminine Barbaresco with different fruit profile. Wild. — 7 months ago
Vibrant, juicy, so fresh, alive!
Green apples, green grass, a hint of green apricot, some lemongrass. Highly enticing. Not flint like Sancerre, no exotic canned fruit like NZ. Fresh, green, grassy.
On the palate this has a round, slightly creamy mouthfeel but remains focused, light, appley juicy, vibrant. A slightly herby, salty bitter edge adds an interesting edge and a bit of nice complexity.
Closer to a Chenin Blanc (think Guiberteau) than a typical SB.
Slightly cloudy, incredibly drinkable.
