Honey sweetness that's not overpowering, a round pleasing body with low acidity, perfect for dessert pairing or alone. — 4 years ago
Enjoyed a half bottle at The Pheasant in Dennis. Paired nicely with a striped bass dish and a lemon ricotta cavatelli. Light, medium acidity, nice minerality, smooth finish. — a month ago
Quite nice. Lemon, lime green apple, excellent saline, chalk and beautiful Merursault minerality. — 6 months ago
The 2017 Meursault Les Genevrières 1er Cru is neutral on the nose, sultry but not sullen, maintaining delineation and focus, with crushed stone and light smoky aromas developing over time; it does become a little reduced. The palate is well balanced with a salty, basalt-tinged entry. There is plenty of energy and superb acidity, leading to a vibrant, spicy, persistent finish. This fans out gloriously. Outstanding. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting in Savigny-lès-Beaune. (Neal Martin, Vinous, August 2021)

At Cindy’s with Fing. Mistaken bottle. Golden color, clearly aged with touch of oxidation but lots of complex aromatics. Excellent — 2 months ago
23 is so far all they say it was. This is stunning. Silky, clean, fresh and smooth. Purity and absolute beauty. Delicious. Only a 1/2 a hectare. — 6 months ago
