Bee on the nose. Lisa. Heavy body and salty at the end. Nice — 2 years ago
Enjoyed in Paris at the Hôtel de Crillon bar with old friends. Made it taste even better 🥰 Crisp, citrus and and mineral-forward. — 3 years ago
Fancy dinner of the month: seafood edition. Recovering after a week long nasty cold, fully resting during Memorial Day long weekend — 7 years ago
Interesting wine. The nose is quince and citrus peel, tastewise there is almond, orange peel and beeswax. The only thing holding this back from greatness is a massive 16% alcohol. Brutal aftertaste that makes this more like an after dinner schnapps! After one glass i was staggering to the kitchen to make dinner. Bit of a shame but still a good wine. — 3 years ago
Like my last rating apparently, this is a denser, weightier Jacquere than I am used to. I like it - just seems more into Altesse territory. Lovely fruit, melon, lemongrass, mineral finish. — 6 years ago

What beautiful wine. The secondary fruit notes are coming through, some dried fruit, more body. This is still an insanely austere wine. Sea shells, lemons, apples, chamomile, flowers, more apples, orange blossom. It’s just so much better with the fruit tasting older. So glad I experienced this over a few years to see how champagne evolves. 2015 harvest, disgorged jun 2019, no dosage. — a month ago
