Spring 2021. 10 years is a great age for the denser Maconnais wines - enough time to develop richness and complexity but not so much as to fade all the fruit. — 3 years ago
Touch of oak, mineral, wet rocks lemon citrus, crisp Chardonnay — 2 years ago

Nose has recently cut yellow apple, fresh pineapple, cane sugar and faint beeswax.
Palate has tart/under-ripe pineapple/yellow apple, lemon zest with mild chalky notes; plenty of acid to keep the palate lively. A great vintage for white Burgundy; A standout bottle from a heavily diminished case.
Paired with boneless chicken thighs, gnocchi, Parmesan cream sauce and kale from the garden (picked today, January!). — 4 months ago
