Per Bianca of PBB: Fizzy, vibrant, and perfectly refreshing with notes of earth, herbs and black fruit. Unlike what most people expect from a lambrusco, this wine is dry and herbaceous, but still perfect for a range of foods like charcuterie or anything hot and fried.

Il Seggio Bolgheri Poggio al Tesoro: 2019. Deep ruby coloration. On the nose, cherry, plum and anise, vanilla and oak.
