Really like this wine for the price. Not terribly complex but still ticks a lot of boxes. Lots of body, good stone fruit (not terribly complex but nice), nice length. Apparently younger vines — 2 years ago

At 7+ years old, this is showing its balance & varietal beauty! Dark cherry chewy fruit and classy tannins sing in harmony. Going to pair with Certified Devon beef prepared as burgers. So, the ‘14 vintage was moderate (almost cool) that was very beneficial for preserving acids. Acidity certainly adds the aging process. 1 more bottle in the cellar. — 3 years ago

From grey Devon slate in the north Nahe. Picked by hand and fermented in 2,000L neutral oak. Acid, fruit, and minerality. Every thing I want in a structured GG. I feel lucky to have snagged a case of half bottles. A producer to keep eyes on. — a year ago
