Wow! What a fabulous bottling of Pinot blanc. Usually it’s crisp and dry, with great acidity. But this - 2019 vintage - has honeysuckle, green fruit, unripe peach alongside the usual Pinot blanc characteristics. This is delicious!

Sep 25th, 2022Delicious Pinot Bianco from Aldo Adige from a benchmark producer. Fresh, mineral laden wine that is slightly bitter with sharp acidity and medium body. Notes of lemon/lime, lemon pith, green apple and pear, tarragon, chamomile, faint honey and a mineral backbone reminiscent of water worn pebbles from an Alpine stream.

Better after letting it sit a couple days. Floral, mineral, slight pear sweetness. Pale yellow. Crisp and light. Nice wine to sip or to pair

Very noce. Had with roast chicken. Soft and round with a delicate fruit and slight mineral finish

Not bad for the price, I still prefer the blend though. The blend is more refreshing & has a better nose
