See many previous Delectable notes but not for this vintage. As stated previously one of Australia’s best Pinots A very aromatic nose of red and black cherry together with root vegetables particularly beetroot. Raspberry flavours - a sweetish palate with a savoury twist. An excellent Tasmanian Pinot Noir and a regular purchase. Also capable of extended cellaring - I recall having a 15 year old one once but it’s hard to resist right now. — 2 years ago

@Delectable Wine Wrong ID cuvée La Chapelle. Second @Lyle Fass wine of the week. Thivin is an amazing producer. Love these wines. Will be event better in 5-10 years. — a year ago
This is my 10,000 bottle to add to delectable. We decanted an hour. Perfect cork. Deep dark purple color. Nose of leather, cedar, and dark fruit. Black current, blackberry, spice and tobacco on the palette. Nice long finish of dark fruit. Outstanding! — 2 years ago
A pale crimson with a tawny edge - almost transparent. A high quality Pinot Noir from Canterbury wizards Marcel Giesen and Sherwyn Veldhuizen. As I said last tasting note - pale but powerful. As good a new World Pinot Noir as you will find, and this is Bell Hill’s second wine. I can’t improve on the previous Delectable note from October 6 2023. These wines from Bell Hill aren’t cheap but are a lot cheaper than good Burgundy. — 3 months ago
No notes made at the time and it was tasted a week ago. This is one of the Cuvées produced by Jim Chatto who was once the chief winemaker at Mount Pleasant in the Hunter Valley and now makes award winning Pinot Noir in Tasmania. Delectable. This is BIRD Pinot Noir. — 2 years ago
Terrific vintage BdB from Schramsberg. Lemon curd and orange marmalade notes remind me of the last few bottles of PIper Cuvée Rare 2002. Definite RS with the doseage. Oak notes coming thru as well. Wouldn’t pair with seafood apps. It OS the app. Showstopper for $31. Mind blown. — 3 years ago

Birth year Latour for our 700th wine on Delectable! Very mature but still with lots of life. Leather, graphite and earthy notes and still so much power. A great pleasure to drink! — a month ago
