2021 at el Che in Chicago. Very good (I’d have rather it a bit more chilled!) — 8 months ago
Pale, translucent hue. Aromas of grapefruit, honeysuckle, lemon, peach, vanilla; apple, minerals, and saline on palate. Medium body and plus acidity. Bright, floral, and balanced. 38% Torrontes, 32% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Semillon. — 9 months ago
2023 bottle experienced January 2024. Very smooth and nice. It was very good with a filet mignon. — a month ago
Light golden color. Aromas of white flowers, fresh herbs, wet stones and a faint amount of citrus fruit. Green melon, lychee, and those fresh herbs fill the palate. Minerals pleasantly dominate the finish. Creamy texture and lively acidity. So fresh! Outstanding QPR! Reminded me more of a high elevation crisp white from France or Italy. Wonderful surprise! Had this at Beauty And Essex. Josh loved it. — 4 months ago
Light salmon color. Aromas of watermelon and red berries. Bold red berry and watermelon fruit flavors with a nice hint of spice. Touch of salinity on the finish. Nice texture (bit of heft) and a bit of tannin. Quite crisp and refreshing. Gulpable! Excellent QPR. Thanks for sharing, Kase! — 5 months ago
I’m not a fan of red wines, but this one was fabulous. It was given to me as a gift, and I had no hangover the next day, and it was very smooth. — a year ago
Pleasantly floral and fresh, the 2021 Soave Classico opens with a blend of spring flowers, lime and melon. It's silky and round on the palate, slightly oily in texture, with crisp orchard fruits and juicy acidity to balance. The 2021 tapers off with a lovely inner sweetness contrasted by a tinge of saline minerals. (Eric Guido, Vinous, March 2023) — 2 years ago

NOSE: wood ash, cherry, earthworm, moldy books. Ehhh.
TASTE: actually pretty good. Blackberry, cherry, wood ash tannin, balancing acidity. Not as good as I’d hoped, but got it on closeout. 89.
