NV. Darn, this is an excellent Cremant. Hand harvested. Sorting of grapes. There are four varieties in this wine: Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Smell with sour apples, a yeast impression and minerals. Vibrant taste. Really very good. — 5 years ago

Dry and crisp as hell and delightfully so. Makes for a delicious and interesting French 75. — 6 months ago
Fresh, fruity. Citrus and creamy. Jean charles boisset N21° brut cremant de Bourgogne @5280, Peiroth, 241011 — a year ago
This salmon-pink Loire crèment is a bottle of pure pleasure. Cab Franc rosé Brut, with all the trimmings. Great fruity nose, a bit of toast in it. The palate offers a fabulous swath of cherries, strawberries and a hint of raspberries. The fruit is all on the ripe side, and the acidity is nothing short of a razor line. Great sipping, great pairing with just about anything. — 5 years ago

My first vintage Crémant, this shows some development. Ripe citrus, lightly baked apple, pear, with hint of toasted brioche. The effervescence remains fine and persistent.
Easy drinking. — 20 days ago
