Vinous Cremant du Jura. Pours clear gold. Toasted nuts and struck match on nose & palate. Medium/light fizz. Palate cleansing mineral finish. Akin to a sparkling version of the Patchwork Chardonnay. 12.5% ABV. 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, and 5% each Poulsard/Trousseau. Partial barrel aging, with second fermentation by addition of vin de paille. 0 dosage. Disgorged 04/2019.
