No it’s not a red blend !!! Completer is a native Swiss white varietal, mostly grown in Graubünden, where this example is from. Light straw colour touches of green . Green apple , pear , white flowers , touch of peach perhaps , buttery note also. Quite round in the mouth , more of the pear and apple but also mineral and wet stones and a slightly honeyed note. Balancing and well judged acidity, impressive length . Very enjoyable not showing it’s alarming 14,5% alcohol . Very good — 5 years ago
