This pint can of Perennial Artisan Saison de Lis is amazing and just what I’ve wanted!!!

This is a bottle that Vanessa was given by a former student who was apparently trying to clear out his cellar. Bottled on October 4, 2011, this is the best incarnation of Noel de Calabaza that I’ve ever had. Incredible balance, great secondary aromas, and a finish that lasts far longer than younger versions of this beer. Just goes to show how awesome JPs can become if you hide them away for a few years. — 8 years ago

A touch cloudy lemon yellow in appearance with a medium white head. A bit stinky with a touch of citrus rind and hay. Smooth and crisp mouthfeel with some funkiness and stone fruits. Medium length finish. Perfect Saison for people new to the style. — 8 years ago

F'n nuts...like a lightly sour, fruit bomb went off in my mouth! Too good for a tulip glass, we're drinking this in Grand Cru Burgundy glasses. Nose is beautiful, hoppy and very fruity.

Dry-hopped with Mosaic, El Dorado and Hüll Melon hops and conditioned on white oak, never boiled or filtered. American wild ale, April 2016 bottle date.
