Candied almonds, mascarpone, and chantilly cream. Vanilla bean highlights a creamy sweetness on the nose. Soft and smooth mouthfeel. Palate delivers bright pear, honeycomb apple and homemade pie crust. Super delicious. Finish over delivers. Makes me wonder why I don’t drink more champagne. 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir. Opened in memory of my grandfather who passed today. #garyveewineclub — 5 years ago
