Dry and crisp to celebrate the 72nd year of dear @Raymond Arnaudo — 6 years ago

Stage 4 #tourdefrance leaves Champagne heading toward Alsace. This was interesting. Yeast nose with a grassy note. Complex with a bit of green flavors and some funk among the citrus fruit. A very complex blanc. Not sure my favorite but interesting. — 7 years ago

Perfumed with ripe yellow pear and apple notes, lemon, grilled apricots, apple and acacia blossoms, lees. Zesty, mineral, and very saline on the palate. Upfront and distinguished with its almost sponti funkiness and energetic texture. I think the Extra Brut dosage is correct, keeping its ripe fruit and barrel upbringing focused and in check. 60 PN 40 CH, 2012 + 30% 2010/2011, 3/2018 Disgorgement. — 8 years ago
V07. Had to check in, since I've been so happy with Boulard-Bauquaire BdB, and frequently compared it to this wine. Much more age, but, and I hate to say this, but I think the Boulard-Bauquaire is a better wine (than this btl anyway, my last btl of V10 was stunning). Anyway, the 07 is rich and slightly oxidative in style, with loads of lemon, almond, a touch of copper. On the palate, lovely acidity, hi-toned lemon, grapefruit pith, almond cream, and copper-infected honey...ok finish. — 6 years ago
16/20 (89/100) Аромат с нотами лежалого яблока, жареных лесных орехов и сдобы. Высокая кислотность, легкий кефирный тон во вкусе. Неплохо. (06.04.2019) #vinnatur2019 — 6 years ago

My Thanksgiving Sparkler. The family prefers Bugey. Dry, Biodynamic, mainly Meunier with a little Pinot, low dosage. Dry, tart red berries, great acidity. Delicious. Even better on the second day. — 5 months ago
