Great acid, well balanced as Extra Brut. Nice yeasty biscuity character, lime zest, slightly saline.

From Jura, Champagne's next door neighbour.
All the taste without the price tag.

Wanted a different sparkler than usual to maybe see if we can jar 2017 into being a better than expected year. This wine is a nice start. Beautiful deep gold with pinkish glints. Minerally and earthy nose with some appley fruit and a light but pleasant oxidative note. Bone dry, nutty, and earthy. A nice change up!

UPDATE: Developing a nice talcum powdery note in the nose with air.

All day, every day. Love this wine. Lacks the crunchy minerality of Champagne but has loads of acid, autolytic notes and finesse.

Cremant: 50% P, 40% PN and 5% Sav 5% C. Very fine style, fresh, less rich fruit, more precision. Light yeasty, edge of savoury/nutty. Dry (zero dosage) not too clean. But elegant, Apple, light red fruit, lacking depth, but very easy. 90
