Was a great easy drinking wine with ratatouille- which was heavy with sautéed beets. Wish I would have bought more of this. — 4 years ago
This is a charming Fronsac wine - 100% Merlot and already showing mature tannins and lovely balance. Leather, blueberry, mocha, black cherry. Medium body, medium finish — 5 years ago
Loved this. My #1 pick in recent blind tasting. Great for price point, bought a case. — 10 months ago
No idea why this has low scores it’s absolutely gorgeous and what you imagine burgundy should be but rarely is. Pretty good value at £40 — 2 years ago
Vintage 2014 / by Jove, what a quality jump if Muscadet has stayed some years in bottle / minerals, citrus and hay / yield restricted, harvesting at maximum of maturity, aged 24 months on lees / granite shale and sand soils / medium weight and body, quite some power actually which makes it a fine dinner wine / good aftertaste / paired with cabillaud and shi take / archetypical Muscadet — 4 years ago
Really superb Napa Cab. Purchased from Odette Tasting room. Classic Napa Vallet. Oak, vanilla, cocoa on the nose. Followed by dusty earth and sage. Lots of dark fruit, honeyed fig, chocolate , hazelnut Nutella. This is a well structured wine at 15.6% — 2 years ago
Steak and grilled potatoes. Nice fruit. Smooth finish. — 3 years ago
Terrific juice. I love Graves whites. (At $12 it was a steal!) — 5 years ago

2012 vintage. From Coravin. Light-medium body. Coming at you, in both nose and flavors, with the earthy, leathery, darker fruits trifecta. Ample tannins and definitely dry but enough balance lingering, long-term concerns under the rug for now. Had I been blind-tasting this, likely woulda guessed Pomerol. Definitely lacking any betraying trace of St. Émilion fleshiness now. 5.9.24. Really nice, affordable bottle of BDX with 10+ years of age on it. I'd hit this again. 5.9.24. — 19 days ago
