Medium to dark ruby in color; black cherries, cedar, and blackberries on the nose; medium plus acidity; medium tannins; tastes like raspberries, dried flowers, a hint of black pepper, and wet gravel with a long finish. I like it. — 2 months ago

Full on. Big and precise. Like this vintage a lot. Showing clearly a great potential.
Rose and strawberry not really obvious. Love to taste this in 15/20 years. — 2 months ago

In a wonderful spot. Decanted a couple hours which was a good call. Still some definite dusty tannins on the finish, but with food it’s a great pairing (specifically beef shank and short rib braised in wine and a lot of aromatics). Certainly Bordeaux. Quite enjoyable. Could go longer. — 5 months ago

1995 vintage. Good fill. Excellent cork with minimal saturation. Decanted and throwing a tad extra sediment…a nice mix of chunky and powdery sed. Tasted after 30 minutes and 2 hours open and decanted. Light-medium body. Dark cherry and earth in the nose. These transferred over and slapped on a fudge chocolate note on the finish. In a good place now and not improving. Would seem to hold steady in this standing for another 3-4 years. 6.6.24. — 19 days ago
