Shocker as this shadow year 83 drank fresher and deeper fleshier than much younger wines. Layers of silky classic Pauillac Cab dominated character and just a gem! Cork was perfect so maybe I got lucky with great bottle.

A marvelous trilogy of Wines for lunch! Of the three I prefer the Araujo but this is close and has years to mature and enjoy. Great🍷1995 was a very good year 🍷🍷🍷🍷
