Le Petit Renard Red Blend 2022

I love the nose on this wine!! The Grenache is immediately apparent. Notes of citrus and red fruits!! Light enough for hot weather and as summer approaches will be a nice wine for me!! — 5 months ago

Les Argiles Bleues Rasteau Grenache Syrah 2021

Dense and deep colour. Nice freshness in the nose with garrigue and wild blackberries notes. Fruity and spicy mouth with wild raspberry notes, rosemary and thyme. Its structure, its balance and its minerality presume a bright future. — a year ago

Rasteau Côtes du Rhône Villages Red Rhone Blend

Very dry with a strong finish. We had it with a medium rare leg of lamb and it paired perfectly. Ours was a 2019 vintage. Took a few minutes to open. Will enjoy again in the near future. — 3 years ago

Rosélie Rosé de Saignée Champagne Blend

A really interesting champagne. A pure & lovely expression of Meunier, especially with the riper fruit, lower dosage and much lower pressure. Cloves, hazelnut, vanilla, mushroom/earthy quality, rose and cranberry on the nose. Soft cherry jello, baking spice and fresh herbs on the palate. A vinous champagne you can pair (and we did) with lamb sausage, that’s deep but subtle. Somehow missing the exclamation point, the hook, etc. leaves me craving the Laherte Freres Ultra Tradition Rosé. Little else can match that wine’s freshness and vivaciousness. — 10 months ago

Châteauneuf-du-Pape Red Rhône Blend 1995

Opened about 8 hours prior to service and Audouze’d. The 1995 pours a pale garnet with a transparent core and a watery rim. There significant variation of the rim too. The viscosity is medium and there is no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing (still!) with notes of bright red cherries, anise, garrigue, cedar forest, leather, dry earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannins and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The body is quite light and thin…but healthy. The finish is medium. Very pretty; very Burgundian. This bottle belies its age. Drink now and through 2030. — 5 months ago

Biotiful Fox White Blend 2020

A well balanced white, it’s got dry notes of fruit and honey without sweetness. No acidic or mineral notes (sorry Sancerre lovers);extremely pleasant and refreshing. — 2 years ago
