Stunning Grenache Syrah blend. Best wine I have ever had out of the languedoc. Would be interesting to see this blind tasted with top Chateauneuf du Papes — 3 years ago
Jasmine, quince paste, spiced pear, lemon curd, pineapple sweetness, punchy. Touch of lemon pith at end, but tons of juicy acid. Creamy / lactic. Chalky minerals. Layered, delicious, weighty.

There might be point inflation due to the service and food at SSAL and despite ChatGPT telling me to bring some more reserved, this was amazing. Rather than put in an ice bucket we left it out and the warmth only made those flavors pop more. It was fantastic. — 2 months ago

Pinotman /// Andreas
Actually quite good. 14%. Good amount of acid. Otherwise all the classic notes. Lychee, roses, super tropical. Hint bitter. Comes across as quite sweet and oily. Not top shelf like the GG I had in Elsass which was tannic and was killer. Well done. I wish folks would take more risks and tickle more tannins out of these grapes and get the sugar down - it is possible if they would pick earlier!!! — 2 days ago
