Color of cranberry juice, bubbly and clear. Nose is quite fruity, black cherry and spice, a bit minty, blackberry, and fresh grapes. Taste of fruity and zest note, low tannins, vanilla, quite milky yet a bit too much bitterness, some more peppery note, and more sweetness from fruits. Aftertaste, except bitterness, is pretty mellow. Not bad for the price. — 2 days ago
Fragrant berry scone
Big bodied wine, with syrupy like boysenberry, some mint, a sprinkle of red pepper and a JP labs type of heat on the back end. A very powerfully Zin that can stand up to anything. Pound for pound of fruit, indeed.

This Cabernet Sauvignon from Central Coast in California, is drinking very nicely now, although still young.
Showing black fruits with wood, vanilla, earth, spices, chocolates, coke, light vegetables, Indian spices, violets, tobacco leaf and black pepper.
Dry on the palate, full bodied and elegant.
Grippy tannins (once it opens up), on the finish with tangy raspberries.
This is a very nice Cabernet Sauvignon. I had it before, but apparently did not let it open up all the way. Really enjoyed the mouthfeel.
Needs 3 hours to open up properly and come to itself, so be patient.
Would be nice to revisit it in 3 to 5 years.
Nice to see this kind of wine from California at such a low octane.

That mid-level creaminess is where it’s at!! A nice, well crafted chard that takes you on a great ride: citrus on the bookends, but a vanilla cream center that then fades back to citrus on the end. Awesome glass! — 5 days ago
Far and away my best btl, and just lovely now. On the nose: cola, olive brine, blackberry. On the palate: lovely acidity, good density, blackberry, olive brine, soft cola, black pepper, and still a nice tannic spine. Finishes with a flourish of black pepper and spice.
