Black raspberry cola, vanilla, fruit tea quality, cinnamon, clove, medium intensity darker spices, fresh red florals, violets, very fine chalky minerals and crushed rock powder. The acidity pours over your palate. The long finish is round, rich, elegant mixed berries & heated spices. Williams Selyem really does farm great fruit.
