I bought 7 Spanish wines at a good bottle shop in Barcelona. My written notes were put through the wash unfortunately so this is from memory. This Cava was a mid yellow/amber in colour with low bubbles. Oxidative notes on nose and palate. Quite acceptable. — 4 years ago

Garnacha and Pinot Noir. This wine colors up to quite a striking salmon orange in the glass. The nose brings aromas of red fruit, with yeasty notes playing around the edges. Its palate adds a dash of orange peel to the cherry and strawberry flavors. The acidity is very fresh and lively. Throw in the bubbles and you have a party in the bottle. — 5 years ago
