I bought 7 Spanish wines at a good bottle shop in Barcelona. My written notes were put through the wash unfortunately so this is from memory. This Cava was a mid yellow/amber in colour with low bubbles. Oxidative notes on nose and palate. Quite acceptable.

Jun 2nd, 2022Red Xarelo, an autoctonous varietal from Penedes, Barcelona. Absolutely gorgeous. Unique style with very aromatic nose and a great balance. Aged in oak for 5 months.
