Cherry, blackberry, plum, licorice, garrigue. Very nice nose. The palate is well made and shows some nice spice (black pepper), blackberry and cherry, a good width and some matter on the side, a vivid mouthfeel with a grip, some light tannins that caress before a long finish with black fruits and licorice in retro. Quite good indeed! We had it along a great moussaka made by Mrs M. and it was great. — 16 days ago

Tasted at Gigondas cave and opened one tonight. Recommend chilling to cellar temp and 1-2 hours open before drinking. — 2 days ago
Cool and crisp. Perfect for a summer evening! — 19 days ago
Earthy, terroir nose. Opened nicely. Palette- enjoyable , long finish, medium tannins . After one hour, improved, earthiness is a nice change from Napa cabs. — 12 days ago
Straight up jasmine perfume. Complex herbal bouquet, juniper and rosemary along with cracker jacks and buttercream icing. Brilliant, deliciously subtle edge of mineral and spice. The @Lyle Fass northern rhone blanc portfolio is stunning and eye opening. This has insane drinkability. Pushing 9.6.

Great wine . Probably waited too long to drink. Less complexity. Great nose early changes as it sits — 18 hours ago

Just delicious! I’ve had great luck w/Savoie wines and this was no different: pours extremely dark, inky, opaque, brooding taking its time to unfurl black & red fruit w/depth, earthy w/a hi tone note along with licorice and forest floor. Big mouth filling broad across palate, gobs of fruit but all fit into sturdy tannic frame. Well cut - a Country Squire — 9 days ago
