Really nice- bold and beautiful. Had with jambonneau — 2 years ago
Dense, meaty, sauvage, elegant and soulful. Reminiscent of Bandol but a certainly distinctive mineral character, more baked stone coming through. Fruit is settling in, the wild tertiary notes poking out, hitting a stride for sure. — 5 months ago
Pure and aromatic!!! Apple, clear Taste, kind of „stony“... very interesting tasting cuvee of autochthon grapes of south France, especially the Mauzac from Tarn. Ecological — 3 years ago
Dry and zippy, very good. — 7 months ago
Solid expression of a classic Bordeaux. Cedar, oak, dark fruit, pyrazines, stemmy… fantastic wine. The producer, Michel Theron, practices sustainable and organic farming. — a year ago
Very Unique one!! Mauzac grape only in South France and probably with it’s origin here in Gaillac. Orange, tangerine, ripe pear, full character! After min of 1 h changing in a breeze of charentais melon & laurel. Fantastic wine!!
Dazu: Confit vom Perlhuhn / pomme dauphinoise mit Steinpilzen / courgette, gelbe Rübe, Pfifferling
