IMO it’s the perfect amount of dry. We had it with seasoned, baked chicken. A delicious offering in the $35 range (at time of rating). — 9 days ago
Golden color, fine bubbles. On the nose pear, bread and butter. First sip tastes and smells like freshly baked bread, followed high acid, pear and peach. A little bit off dry. Delicious. — 14 days ago
Nice holiday bubbly!! Founded in 1982, Roederer Estate adds oak-aged reserve wines to all their blends to create complex, dry and harmonious sparkling wines. First Brut California sparkling produced by Champagne Louis Roederer. Pale lemon straw, nice mousse and bubbles for this 60% Chardonnay & 40% Pinot Noir blend. Flavors of crisp Apples with creamy mineral tones, nice balance with acidity. Long finish ending with oak, lemon and nutty characteristics. Consistent. Very nice! — 20 days ago
2023 vintage. Maan, do I feel old reviewing this! Sourced from some eminently notable vineyards. Wine rolls up and down and back up again throughout the palate...almost as if you are tasting each vineyard source as stages vs a blend. Def interesting. Light-medium body. May hafta pick this up as a list placement as it is drinking nicely. Absolutely blowing through Oregon pinot tho. Resto pricing at $19 btg (waay too low) and woulda jumped on it but have another CA pinot currently btg that's an even better deal. 11.27.24. — 24 days ago
Jammy and fruity, raspberry flavor, light and smooth, better whe let to breathe and paired with charcuterie. — 2 days ago
Crowd favorite due to the abundance of fruit and balancing acid — 6 days ago
Definitely a lightweight, but always pretty and dialed in — 14 days ago

Deep purple color. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, cassis and licorice. Loads of black fruit on the palate, cigar box and earthy finish. Very nice double magnum.
