This is an absolutely stunning QPR. Here in Germany this wine comes in for about 7 or 8 Euros Retail. Fresh, clean, good structure, lively acidity, not too sweet and armed with a outrageous drinkability. I mean, what else could you expect from a wine of this price. Would love to see more Aldi & Lidl wine drinkers turn in this direction and leave the shitty stuff in the shelves of the Discounters. — 7 years ago

Rocking. Nose is yeasty and mineral with lovely blue fruits. Nose has also apricot and white peach. Gorgeous. Palate is rocky and dry with terrific energy and complexity. Superbly mineral and dense. Firing on all cylinders now. Stunning. — 5 years ago

Happy 5777! Minerals galore. Crisp and clean and super sleek on the palate. Comes across like a Trocken. Almost a confectionary slatey aroma that develops after a while. Juicy and this straddles the line between feinherb and Trocken. Terrific. — 8 years ago

Lyle Fass wine available via email. Clean and lean dry. Apple and a hint of peach works really well with Matjes Herring 'Sill Matjes' from IKEA the ultimate combo Riesling/Herring/Rustic Bread. This producer is getting better every year solid! — 7 years ago

Beautiful nose of stark slate and lime zest. A confectionary quality develops afterv 10-15 minutes. Very clean and pure and very Mosel. This is drinking really well out of the gates. Initially there is underripe peach, green apple, lime lest, stones and more stones. Terrific acidity that could use maybe 30-40 minutes to integrate on the backend. Gets fleshier with each sip and show the fleshy fruit of the 2012's in full force. Really luscious fruit develops after 20 minutes or so.
