Zeppwingert Riesling Feinherb Alte Reben

Narrisch label. Coiled. Red fruit, sage/herbs, and the dusky scent of this flower that grows in the hills along the Mosel. Great length.

Happy 5777! Minerals galore. Crisp and clean and super sleek on the palate. Comes across like a Trocken. Almost a confectionary slatey aroma that develops after a while. Juicy and this straddles the line between feinherb and Trocken. Terrific.

A bit closed on this occasion. Seashell minerality and some melon on the nose. Fuller than Ellegrub on the mouth but still closed and needing 2-3 years. Was open last time I had it. Guess it is slumbering now.

Confectionary. Beautiful purity. Great acids. Clean.

Awesome. I import as well. The '11 was low in acid but 12 is thunderous. Love this vintage.

Perfect end of week wine. Lots of citrus on palate. Ever so slightly sweet, but not too much. Really nice.

Wow. Nice nose. Needs 45 minutes to open. Crab apple. Acid. Minerals. Great finish. Wow. Wow. Wow. Just a great wine. Ic

Needs an hour to open up. Nice lemon peel. Minerality.
