Been a long time since I’ve rocked this bottle. Gorgeous nose. Classic Ellegrub aromas. Cooling blue fruits. Very mineral. Confectionary cotton candy as well. Really terrific. Palate is big, insanely refreshing and so balanced, fresh and pure. Apricot and vineyard peach are the fruit highlights and it finishes salty and slatey. No rush.
