Flor de Cana

25 Slow Aged Single Estate Rum

Was given this by a local who brought it back to the States. Serious caramel and molasses along with a hint of coffee. It is smoooooth. It’s low proof compared to the barrel bourbons so the finish is light. — 6 months ago

@Paul Treadway Huntington Beacher Bum you couldn’t be more right. Way wrong place to be drinking wine. This was the best bottle we could find and way overpriced. Can only only drink rum for so many days.

La Caña

Rías Baixas Albariño 2017

Pale lemon with crisp stone fruit and citrus aromas. On the palate apple, peach and grapefruit flavors with citrus lime zest. A consistent offering from La Cana. Medium finish with mineral notes carrying through on the ending. Nice value. — a month ago

Tamayo Family Vineyards

Cana Red Blend 2007

Dark ruby hue with high saturation. Aromas and flavors of balsamic, blackberry, black cherry, coffee, mocha, oak, sage, smoke, toast, tomato, and vanilla. Full body; heavy, firm tannins; and medium-high acidity. Robust, deep, and complex (especially after 13 years in the bottle). Rounds out as it opens up. An exemplary, bold California red blend made of 8 different varietals. — 8 months ago

Very charming wine from Clos de Cana. Intense red color. Soft aromas of red fruits, leather and tobacco, soft tannins silky smooth. Very pleasant. I love it. — 4 months ago

Mineral Springs Ranch Pinot Noir

The consensus among Biblical scholars is that Jesus turned water into pinot noir for his first miracle. This bottle confirms that, even though it doesn’t quite reach the quality served at Cana that fateful day. — 10 months ago
