Mantonegro from Mallorca. Smoky strawberries and raspberries and black plum. Cherry cola but not cloying. Spicy finish. Really good and interesting. — 4 months ago
Very muted in the nose… hardly anything at first, fresh saltiness, barely a hint of green apple & lemon peel. And yet, fresh & enticing.
And then, on the palate this sings! Simply beautiful! With a touch of roundness & creaminess on the palate but also vibrant acidity, salinity, stony minerality. Ripe yellow apple & lemon. Vibrant, juicy and quite complex. Great depth & length.

Plum and cherry notes, full-bodied, sweet finish, pairs well with prosciutto and hard cheese. — 17 days ago

An unexpected golden color, fresh tree fruits aromas and the richness of toasted almonds. Rich on the palate with almonds and creamy yellow apple in the flavor and texture. Absolutely delicious. #underthecellar — a month ago
Champonois like. Brioche, no sign of effervescence but it was very pleasing — 4 months ago

Absolutely fantastic wine. Berry-esque and acidic to taste. Simplistic in its way, I feel that is why it speaks out so much. Angus ribeye and mashed potato cake is great with it. — 12 days ago
