Drank well, but just not as precise as the Brochet. — 2 years ago
Lots of complex aromatics that became even more expressive as the bottle warmed up. Some oxidative notes mixed with bread and flowers. In the mouth this leans to the vinous side. Acid driven which allows it to be consumed through out the meal. Just a hint of bitterness on the finish — a year ago
Laser beam - again exceptional. Unfortunate side-by-side for the Larmandier-Bernier. — 2 years ago
Still quite austere but built like a tank. Serious juice. — 2 years ago
On first blush, similar to Ulysse Collin’s Rose. Over time, proved to be less strawberries and cream and more steely. Really firm and dense. Critical to keep at temp to unpack this. Contemplative wine. — 2 years ago

Killer Champagne! 50/50 blend of Chardonnay from Taissy and Pinot Noir out of Mailly. Dégorgement 07/21. 9 years old, bit oxi but also very fresh. On the nose a bit of port, raspberry yoghurt / danoontje, almonds, lemonrind and great minerality. — a month ago
