Brut 1er Cru Champagne Blend

I had a lot of fun getting the magnum of this for a celebration. Crisp pear and toasty brioche over a touch of mineral and lemon. — 17 days ago

B. Thieriot Vineyard Chardonnay

Golden straw color with lemon rind and white flowers on the nose. Light citrus, minerals, modest acidity and a touch of oak. Layered, balanced and wonderfully site-specific. — 2 months ago

Les Amidyves Côtes du Ventoux Grenache Blend 2011

JKT
9.0

Thought all gone. Interesting take of Grenache and Syrah from Ventoux with a solid medium bodied still robust palate. Unfortunately it kinda overpowered the mixed menu of various eats. — 22 days ago

L' Accomplie Vieilles Vignes 1er Cru Extra Brut Champagne

Crunchy, crispy, austere and racy. Wet rocks. Needed some oysters or something else creepy crawly and briny from the sea to accompany this. — 3 months ago

Wallufer Walkenberg Spätlese Riesling 2021

A mammoth, chiseled beast of a wine that really needs extensive decanting and/or aging. Despite a modest decant, imagine am tasting a tease of its true potential. — 6 months ago

Gratitude Olsen Brothers Vineyard Red Blend 2018

Ruby in color with medium plus intensity.

Fruity nose and medium plus in body.

Dry on the palate with medium acidity.

Showing red fruits with earth, light wood, spices, coffee, black tea, metals and peppercorn.

Short and tangy finish with tart raspberries and soft tannins.

This 7 year old Mourvedre blend from Yakima Valley is still drinking nicely, although a little past its prime. Soft and smooth. Elegant and fruit forward.

This Single Vineyard GSM blend is elegant and feels more like a like Southern Rhone red. Nicely balanced with nice complexity.

A blend of 70% Mourvedre, 25% Grenache and 5% Syrah.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

89 points.

$45.
