Outstanding flavor and balance! So smooth. Great pairing for steak. A real treat. Not heavy but still a silky bold profile. — 5 months ago

Artisan Collection Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel 2016

Loved this wine that our friend Brought. Full bodied concentrated fruit and spice. Can taste the French oak. 15.5% alcohol I would actually have guessed 14.5. fortunately it’s not Jammy. — 2 years ago

Noel de Calabaza Special Ale

Absolutely fantastic brown sour from JP. Molasses, malt, and just sour enough to keep it bright. Awesome. — 3 years ago

Artisan Collection Moon Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Red currant and baking spice on the nose. Dark fruits upfront with a syrupy body. Mid pallet reminds me of the flavor of cream soda. Finishes with some beautiful mineral flavors with great tannins. — 3 years ago

Artisan Alsace Gewürztraminer Pinot Gris 2021

Overly generous in tannin and yeasty grain. No terroir and that seems to be the point. — 8 months ago

Same style but more tannin, aromatic. Travis found it for $36 retail at a shop downtown.

Yes, same blend as Instant Sur Terre, but only about 2 weeks on skins vs 6 months (in amphorae) for I s T. Love them both,

Abraxas 2020

One of the best. Love the chili pepper flavor with dark and milk chocolates. Cinnamon and vanilla are secondary. The spice is what sets this apart from other beers in this style. Needs no pairing. — 3 years ago
