A very consistent smell and taste with minerals, flint and a hint of sulfur. Bonedry and vibrant. Paired beautiful with several preparations of tomatoes and a crab croquette. Superb nose of tangerine, tangelo, slate and gorgeous minerals. Red grapefruit and barely ripe apricot. Wow. So focused and vivid. Palate is crunchy and chock full of minerals and so long.
