It was delicious paired with grilled filet mignon, roasted veggies, and sautéed maitake mushrooms and will benefit with more time in the bottle. @win_drinks_wine thank you for introducing us to this beauty!

Crisp and tart and with a yeasty grainy texture. Definitely suitable for further bottle aging although delicious now. #pinotbianco #pinotblanc #altoadige #sudtirol — 13 days ago
Pear, green apple, lemon, lime, and sea breeze. Fairly ripe up front with pear and apple and good weight. Med+ to high citrusy acidity comes in mid way to clean things up. Good length with notes of orchard fruit and minerals on the finish.
Crisp and clean yet with body and ripeness. Excellent stuff. — 3 days ago

Really enjoyable and well made #pinotnoir #pinotnero #riserva from #altoadige #sudtirol #italy Perhaps the acidity is a little too high and there isn’t enough ripe fruit and body to balance it, but it has delicate and precise aromas and flavors. — a month ago
