Vigna Cristiana Boca Nebbiolo Blend 1999

I opened this before I went to work and just put it on a shelf. Came home and drank it with dinner. Super precise aromas, very as if crystallized. Dried cherries, leather, tar, roses, dried roses, menthol, some licorice...really resolved tannins. Acid is still good. Intense perfume. Very good with a mushroom risotto and some bloomy rind cheese.
