Mineral, spiced red fruit. Feel: firm, medium. Biodynamically farmed, hand harvested. — 3 years ago
1.6g dosage, degorgement 03/2023. From Verzy. This is ridiculous juicy and addicting. Quite golden in color. Fine bubbles. Fruity, apple driven and quite bit of raspberry! Delicious 🤤. And for 75$ a crazy deal for a GG. Tasted with Jason the Importer. Amitie Wines. — 4 months ago

A well made Chablis for a bargain price. Enticing minerality against a fruit palette of crisp Asian apple and pear. Served at around 46 degrees F to support an overall freshness. — 2 years ago

2022 vintage. A relatively new estate ( first vintage 1972, and bought in 1993 by Belgian MD Gaëtan Lagneaux, who sadly passed away at the age of 50 in 2012). His son Adrien has directed the estate ever since, and I believe his father would have been proud of him tasting this 2022. I don't know the exact blend for this vintage, but the vineyard is planted with 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 48% Merlot, and 2% Petit Verdot. A little less colour compared to Coutelin-Merville tasted alongside , but more refined in both nose and taste. Abv. 13,5 %.

Nose - leather, animal pelt, stewed tomato and mushroom. Main notes - mello dark fruit like plums and cheese rind and some smoky flinty character. Body - is soft and silky mid taste and then does this cool sharp acidic thing at the end that gives it structure and interest. Paired perfectly with the duck ragu pasta my hubby made for dinner. This wine is great with a meaty tomato dish. — 3 months ago
