A little something different, good! — 18 days ago
Earthy and layered. Smells of black berry jam. Medium bodied. Short spice finish. Stands up to any hardy meals. And strong cheeses. Would buy again. — 8 days ago
This Spanish Monastrell is always enjoyable.
Dry on the palate and fruit forward.
Full bodied with medium acidity.
Showing black cherries, sweet plums, tobacco, oak, chocolates, earth, herbs and peppercorn.
Medium finish with fine grained tannins, and tangy raspberries.
Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Easy drinking and good for parties.
Good right out of the bottle and better after an hour of airtime.
Organic and vegan.
15% alcohol by volume.

Dark ruby color. Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Monastrell (45%) and Syrah (10%). Bright and ripe red fruit (currant, cherry, raspberry) aromas and flavors. Spicy long finish. Oak is noticeable but not overwhelming. Earthy texture. Tannins are there but not overpowering. Great Producer and QPR. — 9 days ago
Still a baby. Popped and poured. Tons of oak. Could have been a young Silver Oak Napa. Fleshed out after 30-45 minutes. — a month ago
