Olor: Cítricos, durazno, albaricoque, chile serrano fresco, pasto
Boca: Ataque ligero, sabor aceituna, pan, cítrico, acidez pronununciada

Great food wine. Went perfect with Greek salad and ground beef pita. A lot of acid and tannin. Some vegetal flavors, light fruits like melon and plum skins. Classic example of if you taste this blind without food rating would likely not be great but with a Greek dinner, excellent. — 4 years ago
