Manual harvesting in individual boxes , gravity feed , natural yeast and 18 months barrels aging.
Bright, deep ruby red in the glass.
Dark plums, underbrush, rosemary and herbs on the nose.
Black fruits, currants, savoury, earthy, and tobacco with an astringent, long dry finish.
The oak is well balanced so give it 5 years.

Beautiful wine. Ripe and effervescent on the nose with subtle leather and barn. Lightly carbonic, Pungent, earthy funk on the up front taste. Rapidly shifts to piercing dryness on the swallow, mellows into citrus forward, salty grapefruit finish. So unique and special. — 4 months ago

See previous Delectable notes. Margaret River herbaceousness (pyrazines) bell pepper, with blackberry and aromas of hot road after a rain shower. Medium weight but still with a good Cabernet tannic backbone. Cruising at 13 years of age with time still to go. The 2nd best Vasse Felix Cabernet and thoroughly enjoyable. — 4 months ago
