Great visit at Mascarello yesterday. Before Bartolo passed away he was in a wheelchair & limited as to what he could do in the vineyards and cellar so he would work in his office & began to sketch his own labels. This is his most famous & controversial label. — 5 years ago
First experience with this bottle. Electric acidic core with seemlessly integrated ocean salt air undertones with exotic fruits dancing around the core. Had no idea Albariño could express like this. Not your average summer heat pounder. Thanks @Tyler Lamb #summitIV — 5 months ago
Gorgeous bouquet of raspberries and jasmine, smells like I want to wear it as a perfume. Tastes like carbonite boysenberries with hints of cocoa powder and blueberry Mr. Sketch scented markers, and wooly tannins. Love it's light effervescence on the pour, and great with a chill. — 6 years ago

The label shown is the backside of the bottle. The front side is a sketch of a chicken. 2013 vintage. This was THE pinot noir that turned my head around. I LOVED this wine. I have stated before what a great label Big Table Farm is and this is one of those super wines they offer. Not sure you can still buy it, they usually run out before the wine critics can rave much about them. My only wish was that I made enough bucks to buy cases of each pinot they made from this vintage. This is outstanding Oregon Pinot from Willamette valley. — 6 years ago

Stumbling on a Dolcetto from Fenocchio is like finding a discarded sketch from DaVinci. Took a while to open up but gave hints of dark fruits. Relatively dry (despite the name) with grippy tannins. With weeknight shish taouk. — a month ago
