For me this Barbera d’Alba from La Morra is superior. Had it with Marco and paired it with farro with Barbera and mushrooms and Gorgonzola (masterpiece) — 7 months ago
Still really great acidity, and ripe fruit, the cork disintegrated upon trying to open, but was not dry. Surprisingly very very good. — a year ago
Color is almost tawny, long finish, big tannins but nice. Smokey, leathery, red fruit is what is coming to mind for some reason. I would have this again! — 4 months ago
Solid. Cherry, tar, and leather, sticky and fresh. Delish, just needed time to open up. — 6 months ago
Frizzante rose… super dry and delish — a year ago
J: smells like warm honey. Tastes sweet with hints of green apple and maybe lemon? Overall love it! 9.5
N: it smells like syrup that you left on hot asphalt for half a day. If I had to describe the smell I’d say it was fungal. Like sweet but dangerous. Smell wise not it. Tastes like bad fruit juice -which is better than most good wines. 9.0 — 3 months ago

Very nice earth and vegetation undertones. Some dried fruit flavors as well. The wine really opened up after sitting in the decanter for probably 30 to 45 minutes. Then there was some flavors of strawberry and other fruits. This went well with our one day late Mother’s Day, dinner at Las Brisas. — 20 days ago
