Silver Palm

Silver Oak

Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2011

Yeah, what can I say. Nice wine for sure, but for some reason when I see the Silver Oak label my expectations rise. Realizing this is the Alexander Valley version. But 2011! Thirteen years old. Still rather single note, strong oak tannins still overshadowed what maybe underneath it. A bit disappointed I am afraid. We pulled it out with my first ever Tomahawk ribeye… so yeah. — 24 days ago

Silver Ghost

Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Got this bottle from the dealer after buying a new car. The owner of the vineyard had a n ancestor who worked with Rolls and the Silver Ghost was his favorite auto. Kinda young (2022). Could have been better if I let it lay for awhile, but was anxious to see how it tasted. — a month ago

Silver Label Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Fantastic! Classic Napa Cabernet
Deep, smooth, full if subtle character.
Let it breathe at least 30-60 minutes before you enjoy.
