2002 in 2022. Still Lucious dark fruit, dark cocoa, mid bodied and lingering sweet tobacco finish. — 11 days ago
Berns. E baby’s raise. V light. Rich flavor but remains light and crisp. Taste like old log cabin from pioneers lol — 8 days ago
Outrageous nose on this white cornas. Lemon gelato, light framing oak, insane granite minerality, so floral and fragrant. Broad, caressing and complex. Just piercing minerality. Palate is ripe, rich with lots of gras but so fresh and nimble while also expressing a wonderful fruit intensity (pineapple, guava, mango) and a controlled richness The minerality really brings out the freshness here. Long, pure and stunning. St. Peray is a great appellation currently.
Lovely vanilla extract with some air. Honeysuckle as well. Almost tannic from the minerality on the finish. What elegance. An unreal wine. — 8 days ago
Really a lovely red burgundy with a very nice bit of age. Quite lively at this point - frankly a bit surprisingly so. Ethereal with nice red fruit, some earthy complexity. Very good with a seafood focused meal and a good recommendation by the sommelier at Le Pavillon. — 18 days ago
Sipping Fine Wine
A blend of mostly Cab Sauv, with small amounts of Petit Verdot, Merlot & Cab Franc. Deep Ruby with aromas of dark fruits and some herb notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry and black cherry with sweet spice and notes of cacao. A consistent wine and a good value, this is my house Cab. Medium+ finish, fine tannins, well balanced ending with fruit and herb tobacco spice. — 14 days ago
